Problem:
To immediately onboard a Full Stack Specialist who can deliver from day 1. The need was to plan, handle, and execute the Product Release for a 3-month project involving planning the release – designing & developing the user interface, creating release documentation, and optimisation of the entire development process to execute a successful product release.
Solution & Impact:
